Son of William Henry Shaw and Rena Keating. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ethel May (née Luddington) Shaw (21 Mar 1910 - 07 Jul 1939). He was survived by his second wife, Mary Eva (née Gallant) Shaw.
Note: William's registration for his first marriage shows he was born in Bay View, Pictou Co., NS. The registration for his second marriage shows Pictou, NS. His death registration lists Ship Harbour as his place of birth. The information on his death registration was his mother .... and seems reasonable that she would know where her son was born.
