Born: 1909, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

 

Died: 09 Apr 1979, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

 

During the Second World War, LCdr Theodore (Ted) Lepage, OBE, RCNVR served as a Salvage Officer, primarily in the UK and Mediterranean waters.  This photo album is a record of that service with numerous photos of ships salvaged along with various newspaper articles on himself, his fellow salvage officers and other officers he knew.  This album is part of the the collection of William Lilbourne and he has shared it here for posterity's sake.
