KELLY, Thomas Anthony - Thomas died of carbon monoxide poising in an accident on a fishing boat that was tied up at the CPR wharf in Port Alberni, BC. He is buried in the Ocean View Cemetery, Port Alberni, BC. Thomas served in the RCN during the Second World War.
