ROBINSON, Russell Raymond - Peacefully, on Friday, March 24, 2006, at the age of 84. Loving husband of Lena (deceased February 25, 2006) for almost 60 years. Admired and dear father of Paul (Ann), Barbara (Mike Thompson), Beverly (Doug Hicks), and Brenda Robinson (Rick Alexanderson). Cherished brother of Elvie (Jack Drummond) and uncle of Susan Halladjian and Sandra Rousseau. Loving grandfather of Christopher, Joyce, Sean, Stephen, Andrea and Julia. Loving Step-Great-Grandfather of Nicholas Phalen. Dearly missed by cousins Ada (Mike Kolesar) and Myra (Mike Hardy). Dear brother-in-law of Bea (late Harley McCarthy) and Stella (Late John McCarthy). Russell will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, Russell is a World War II Veteran (royal Canadian Navy) and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. A Legion service of remembrance will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening at 7:30. Friends may pay respects at Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Rd (east of Bank), on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Thursday at Resurrection of our Lord Church, 1940 Saunderson Drive, for Mass of Christian Funeral at 11 a.m. in memoriam, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Charity of Choice appreciated.
