HMCS FLEUR DE LIS J16
This triple-screw RCMP vessel was commissioned on 16 Nov 1939, as a patrol craft at Halifax. FLEUR DE LIS operated from Shelburne in 1942 and in 1943 joined Sydney Force for examination service in the Gut of Canso, based at Mulgrave, N.S. Paid off in n Nov 1945, she was acquired by Marine Industries Ltd., who operated her until 1957 when she was scrapped.1
