This book originally belonged to LSCV2 William (Bill) McQueston. It was given to Don Ross by Bill's wife after Bill Crossed the Bar
Note: During the commissioning ceremony, ABCV McQueston lowered the Red Ensign while LSCV Harry Reilly raised the White Ensign and ABCV Donald Ross was on the fo'c's'le raising the Blue Ensign. It appears that all communicators were left out of the Commissioning Ship's Company list as none of the aforementioned communicators nor any other communicators are listed in the commissioning crew list.
