CARROLL, Gerard R. - In hospital, Tues., Aug. 4, 1964, Gerard R. Carroll, husband of Gertrude Walsh, 8 Graham Avenue, father of Ian, Katherine, Mary Anne, James, Robert and David, son of the Honourable Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Carroll, Baddeck, N.S.; brother of Mrs. John J. Murphy, Charles, John and Michael, all of Nova Scotia. Resting McEvoy Brothers, 235 Kent Street, after 7 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral Friday in Canadian Martyrs Church for Requiem Mass at 8 o'clock. Interment Notre Dame cemetery. (The Ottawa Journal 06 Aug 1964)
