HMCS PEREGRINE (formerly Stadacona II (Jan 1944 - 30 Sep 1944),  formerly the Y-Depot of the RCAF) was a training base in Halifax during the Second World War. The base was renamed HMCS PEREGRINE on 01 Oct 1944. At the end of the war it was used as a central processing unit for all those being demobilized. PEREGRINE was paid off 29 Mar 1946
