HMCS VIERNOE J12 / C.Y. 512
A near-sister to VENOSTA, she also served with the RN from 1915 to 1919. VIERNOE was commissioned in the RCN on 11 Oct 1939, and in 1941 was serving as a boom defence vessel at Sydney. She is said to have been paid off on 22 Jan 1942, and designated C.Y. 512. Subsequently sold for mercantile use, she was broken up and her register closed in 1954.
